Well, as we're moving into the summer months, we're getting into wedding season which seems to always be a busy time for everyone. The same is true for me and I'm keeping myself quite busy with all of the orders that I've been getting. I'll definitely be posting more on this blog if I have anything to say about it since I've got almost 20 orders between now and August! I'm looking forward to it and I'll be showing tons of creativity.
To get us started, here's a little of what I've been working on recently. The first pics are of a Grand Opening cake I did for a local consignment shop. I will be sharing my amazing delicate baked goods with her customers each week at her Manheim and Lancaster locations so I'll share those each week as well....might even give a few recipes.

| These cupcakes were made for a family member's daughter's birthday party. They liked the hydrangea cupcakes I've made in the past and she loved orange and blue so of course that's what she got! |

| Next were the wedding cake cookie favors for my sister's bridal shower. Each guest got a little goody bag with a homemade cookie decorated with royal icing. I think they look so intricate and oh so yummy and delicious. |

| Of course, I wouldn't be a cake decorator unless I made something just for my mother-in-law to celebrate mother's day. Here's what I presented to her and it tasted just as amazing as it looks. Inside was a chocolate cake with a white filling. |

Well, as you can see, it's been quite a few busy days recently, but I'm looking forward to more creativity coming in the next few weeks. Keep a sharp look out for what else I'll be doing- I've got everything from wedding cakes, cupcakes, birthday parties, cookies, and everything in between! There's always a reason to celebrate for me so you better believe I'm going to be making something!
